Sound familiar?

  • 01

You wonder why you're procrastinating that important decision.

  • 02

You wonder why you're avoiding that critical conversation.

  • 03

You wonder why working harder doesn't move the business the way you want.

  • 04

You wonder why a good revenue month doesn't feel better.

  • 05

You wonder why the weight follows you home, even on the days nothing goes wrong.

  • 06

You're fed up, and willing to look at anything to figure this out.

Here's the good news.

It was never the business.

If the problem were really your strategy, your market, or your team, you'd have solved it by now.  You're resourceful. You've solved harder things.

You're here because it isn't any of those. Rather, the cause are emotional patterns running underneath that you can't see because you're looking from within them, not at them.

That's the good news. Nothing is broken. You don't need to change who you are. You need to see and feel the shape of your emotional patterns. The moment you do, the blocks will loosen on their own. The business follows.

Testimonials

Founders, in their own words

Matt C., founder of F4Growth, speaking in his video testimonial
"I've been able to ground myself, focus on higher-leverage work, and make incredible progress in a relatively short period of time... running the business is starting to feel fun again."

"A bad business day used to take me out for a week. Now it's a few hours. Nothing else I tried ever touched that."
Matt C. · Founder, F4Growth
"I'd been conditioned to think being miserable was the only way to earn anything lasting. Akaash showed me it wasn't – and opportunities started showing up. Not because the problems vanished, but because I finally trusted I could handle them."
Josh Y. · Founder, Video Editing Agency
"He sees clearly and reflects back without judgment or agenda... Our work slowed everything down – slow enough for me to see what had always been there. I move through life more grounded, more steady, more in flow."

Who am I?

I'm Akaash.

I've spent the last 14+ years doing deep work, asking myself: who am I? The peace, joy, and aliveness I was after – I live in it now, every day. And I want to share what I've learned with the people building our future. That's founders. That's you.

The radical conclusion I kept arriving at searching for my own peace: there's nothing wrong with you. There never was. It's all just distortions arising from sneaky patterns – and once you see what's actually happening, they start to dissolve on their own. Your capacity to lead your business – and your life – will skyrocket.

You already know the way. Let's light your cave.

FAQ

WHAT THIS IS

No, and I'm not a therapist. Therapy usually looks at your past. We look at your week. A call went badly on Tuesday and you've felt off ever since – and you don't know why that one call hit you so hard. That's what we'd talk about, while it's still fresh. If something comes up that a therapist should handle, I'll tell you, and I'll help you find one.

You start wherever you want and talk as long as you need. No agenda.

While you talk, we both start to notice which thing is bothering you most. It's usually not the one you spent the longest on. So we pick that one and go into it. What is this, really? Where do you feel it in your body? What were you afraid would happen?

Then something shifts. You suddenly see what was going on, and it's not a thought – you feel the difference. The thing you walked in worried about doesn't feel heavy anymore. Then we find the next one. That's every session.

Yes – bring whatever's real. Questions, frustrations, the thing that's been bugging you all month. Bring the good stuff too. A great quarter has as much in it as a hard one.

What I'd leave at home is any picture of how the hour should go. We move at whatever pace is right for you, and we'll be looking at things you've probably never looked at before. At some point you'll want to change the subject, or argue with me, or say this is stupid. That's normal, and it usually means we're close to something real. We slow down there. I hold the space for us through it all.

Yes. Some of the people I've worked with longest would never call themselves emotional. You don't have to become more expressive than you are. Some people cry in these sessions, some never do, and both are welcome here.

Here's all it takes. You wonder why you still haven't answered that email. You wonder why you're not reaching out to more clients when you want more clients. You wonder why your best month felt worse than a bad one. None of that means anything is wrong with you. It means something is going on that you've never had a reason to stop and look at. You don't need to be able to explain it. Figuring it out is the work we do together.

HOW IT WORKS

Because the thing you can't explain about yourself is usually the thing your business is stuck behind. Your prices have been the same for eight months and you've run the numbers twice. You've known since spring that someone on the team isn't working out. The vendor contract renews every year and every year you mean to deal with it.

You know what to do. Something else is in the way, and you can't see it from where you're sitting – the same way you can't see your own blind spot while you're driving. That's not a flaw in you. Helping you see it is my whole job. And once you do, the thing you've put off for months usually happens within a week. Not because you finally forced yourself. Because nothing was stopping you anymore.

The second thing that changes is how long a bad day lasts. Right now, one rough Monday can eat your whole week. You go quiet. You snap at people. You stay busy for five days and never touch the decision that actually mattered. After a few months of this work, that same Monday still hurts – but by lunch you're back to work. Bad days don't stop happening. They stop taking the rest of the week with them.

Then that's worth finding out, and we'll find out on the first call. If what you really need is help with pricing or a plan to reach customers, I'd rather send you to someone who's great at that.

But most founders I sit with already know what to do and aren't doing it. I don't need to understand your industry to help with that. I'm not looking at your business – I'm looking at you. Ten minutes in, I can usually tell you why the thing that's been stuck since January is still stuck.

Then you might be exactly the person I do my best work with. I mean that. People who've already tried everything are the ones I most want to sit with. You've read the books. You've worked with good people. You probably understand yourself better than most. And still, nothing really changed.

That's not because you did it wrong. It's that understanding something and feeling it are two different things. Plenty of people can explain to you why that investor update is still sitting in your drafts. Nobody has ever sent one because someone explained it to them. What changes things is letting yourself actually feel what you've been avoiding for years, with someone sitting there with you who isn't rushing. It's slower than getting advice. It's the only thing I've seen that lasts.

I teach you how to hear yourself.

Most of the time, being stuck on a decision isn't about needing more information – you already have plenty. It's that you don't trust what you already know. So you ask one more person, or wait one more week for more data. When you can hear yourself clearly, you don't need all that. You decide. You move on. You stop lying awake wondering if you got it wrong.

It's a skill, and once you have it, it's yours. Clients tell me all the time that they don't need to keep meeting with me to keep getting better. That's the goal. 12 weeks, and then you can do this on your own.

WHAT IT TAKES

90 minutes a week, for 12 weeks. And I'm around in between – if something happens on a Wednesday, send me a voice note or a text. That's part of it. This is more time than most coaching asks for, and I'd rather you know that now than find out in week 3.

It almost never feels like the right time. When everything's on fire is exactly when you want to wait until things calm down – and the thing that would calm them down is usually the thing you've been avoiding. If this week is rough, take the free call anyway and we'll decide together. Start now, or start in a month. I'm not going anywhere.

Let's talk about it on the first call. Not to be cagey – I'd just rather hear what's going on with you first, so we can figure out together whether this is right for you.

That first call is free, and it's just a conversation. No pitch at the end. If I'm not the right person for you, I'll tell you and point you toward someone who is. Either way, you'll walk away with a clearer idea of what's actually in your way.

If what you want is tactics, frameworks, or someone to hand you a plan, this isn't that. There are good people who do that well, and I'd rather you go find them.

What I'll ask of you is different. When something painful comes up, I'll ask you to stay with it for a few minutes instead of jumping straight to fixing it. That's how this works. If reading that gives you a clear no, trust that. You know yourself better than I do.

Let's talk.

No sales pitch here – just a human who cares about you and wants you to succeed. If there's something here for us, we'll both feel it.
